The Oklahoma Receivership Office, Inc. represents the Insurance Commissioner of the Oklahoma, in his capacity as Receiver, in managing all Oklahoma insurance companies in receivership. All receiverships are filed in the Oklahoma County District Court.  

 The Oklahoma Receivership Office collects and maintains different types of personal information. The Oklahoma Receivership Office does not sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party. The ORO may need to disclose your personal information when required by law.
